Ford Does the ‘Snowkhana’ to Parody Ken Block’s Gymkhana

Taking a page out of Ken Block’s awesome Gymkhana, Ford has its own Christmas video with ‘Snowkhana’. Quite like last year’s video, this year’s Snowkhana is a stop motion animation with toys, featuring Mental Block taking the wheel of a 1:64 scale Ford Fiesta. Mr. Mental Block then proceeds to try out stunts, toeing the line of Ken Block, while other cars and characters make cameos. Hit ahead for the last year’s video, this year’s video is up top.

2013 Ford Shelby GT500

Ford has taken wraps off the Shelby GT500, which they claim has the most powerful production V8 in the world. Power for the car comes from an aluminum supercharged 5.8 liter V8 that churns out 650 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. For a Mustang to handle that kind of power and a top speed in excess of 200mph, numerous systems of the car have undergone an upgrade, making the car capable enough to handle the power.

Gingerbread Woodie, the car I can eat

We totally love it when someone makes delicious art out of delicious, delicious food. This scale replica of the 1948 Ford Woodie created by pastry Chef Brian Sundeen, is all edible. The woodie is 8 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 5 1/2 feet tall, and made using 150 pounds of gingerbread, 300 pounds of royal icing, and what may be technically called “a whole friggin’ lot” of green M&Ms.
