Aston Martin has unveiled its brand new Vulcan supercar at the Geneva Motor Show. Now that is not just a regular car, it is a thoroughbred packed with top of the line automobile technology that probably well qualifies to demand your allegiance. Aston is going to build only 24 units of this car, each priced in the range of $2.3 million.
A naturally aspirated 7.0-liter V12 engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission will pump more than 800 hp for the hypercar. No turbochargers, no superchargers, this one wants to go solo with its massive engine. The car is built solely for the track, but Aston won’t just let you jump in and take the Vulcan for a spin.
Owners of Vulcan will be offered a bit of training on the V12 Vantage S, eventually moving on to the Vantage GT4, and once you’ve displayed your talents there, you’ve earned your right to take the driver’s seat on the Aston Martin Vulcan. Yup, you have to graduate driving on two supercars before you are qualified enough for this beast.
