Marvel’s Avengers first made their comic book debut in 1963, and during the long years reaching up to the present, there have been quite a few characters that made their appearance in the set. The first appearance of The Avengers showed Iron Man, Ant-Man, Wasp, Thor And The Hulk as a team.


Perhaps a tad over cooked, but these medieval Avengers illustrations by artist The Durrrrian definitely kick ass.


Considering Pixar and Marvel are both under the Disney umbrella, this wouldn’t exactly be too far fetched. Besides, anything by Pixar kind of works. Artist J.M. Walter imagined this mashup, casting The Avengers in classic Pixar style.

Superheroes and villains are no different than most of us when they get on Facebook. In fact they are quite entertaining because of their passive aggressive attitude towards each other. These images by Pwnicorn show exactly where The Avengers Facebook page might go.
Riding on the back of all the momentum built for The Avengers movie, Target shot off a new campaign entitled “A Superhero in Every Aisle.” The campaign represents Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and the Hulk made out of common items you’d find at Target.

When you’re a dinosaur, you can do pretty much everything you want; because 1) You’re scary as shit, and 2) You’re extinct. Terryl Whitlatch decided to draw dinosaurs dressed up as the Avengers, and it couldn’t have come at a better time, with the movie fresh out. Although we bet these dinosaurs would have been the center of attraction at that dino-costume party these guys never made it to.
Marvel has released new clips from The Avengers. That movie can’t be in theaters soon enough. First off, it’s Thor versus Iron Man, then there’s Nick Fury in a verbal battle with Lokin and finally, there’s a clip of Robert Downey Jr. having a little conversation with Nick Fillion. Check ‘em out.
