A living room is no place for a bed, but put one in creatively enough, and everything is right with the world. This unusual looking living room in London has a bed suspended through the ceiling. A side staircase with a hanging of blackboard fabric leads to the bed. Plus, there’s a ceiling window right above the bed to keep it well lit. While being all creative, they also went for overkill and placed a bath tub next to the dining table!

‘S’ Coffee Table Also Works as a Cute Dollhouse
As you grow, you can probably let go of the toys you enjoyed, but it is not that easy to let go of the memories, or of the idea of playing with toys again some day. If dollhouses happen to be your thing, here’s one that you can pass off as a beautiful piece of furniture, and the dollhouse you always wanted.
Mazzetto Wall Mounted Fireplaces
It’s almost winter, and this is the time when we look at fireplaces to be happy and warm. The good thing of course is the variety and options available that make fireplaces accessible for nearly every dwelling. Mazzetto from Redwitz is one such option. It goes quietly up on a wall, having its front facing steel decoration add up to style. A stainless steel trough holds an oil burning chamber for a steady and consistent flame. Mazzetto is available in three colors; white, black, and red.

Look Your Picture Perfect Self in Frame Chairs

Dazzling with a very ornate design, Frame Chair by sibling designers Georgi and Petar Slokoski keeps you in picture perfect looks. It is a chair housed inside what would be a three dimensional picture frame. You might perhaps even use it as a little sanctuary. The framework is handcrafted wood colored or plated in gold or silver, the upholstery is velvet.

Ripple Table is so Light, You’re Expected to Lift it up Every Chance You Get

Coffee tables aren’t expected to be light, which is why when you make a super light one, you are pretty much expected to show it off by holding it above your head quite like the lady in the picture above. Seriously, what are you going to do with a table if you cannot randomly lift it up and proclaim to the world how light it is.

Man Makes Super Mario Bros. Themed ‘Interactive’ Room For Daughter

Reddit user carpenter75‘s daughter wanted a Super Mario Bros. themed room. So the hardworking dad got to work, putting things together to convert the room into a Mario World recreation. Apart from the decals and paint covering the walls, the room includes Mario themed bedding, fabric storage boxes, window blinds, and a canvas “start screen”.
Living Cube is Your Tiny Living Space in a Cramped World
Faced with a tiny apartment with very limited space, designer Till Koenneker found out a way to make the best use of space available, and making the apartment appear spacious enough. Christened The Living Cube, the idea was to have an integrated walk-in storage space and sleeping area. Executed deftly, the cube now works as a storage, closet, shelf and guest bed, possibly freeing up a good amount of space, while merging well with the decor of the room. Koenneker had great help in the shape of his carpenter Remo Zimmerli.
Zip-It Tablecloth Encourages A Smartphone-free Meal
Company at dinner used to be a good time for people to know each other, bond or just talk. Then came around the smartphone, and effectively destroyed every dinner conversation etiquette ever. We won’t give up our smartphones during meals even knowing fully well what must be done, but perhaps a tablecloth ordering us to do that could make a difference.
Magnetic Table Uses Some Sense in Floating
Magnetic levitation is quite an idea. Mix it up with furniture, and you’ve got some real lookers on there. There is just one big problem with most of the magnetic levitation themed tables we have seen: there’s nothing to keep them in place. The last thing anyone probably wants is to bump into the table and see it flying off. A better approach to the idea is what makes us appreciate the Float Table.
So Long Chewbacca: Long Wool Sofa Looks Like It Came From Wookie Fur
This sofa it seems, was built on the blood and tears of wookies whose fur was used to cover and upholster the sofa. Too bad nobody protects wookie rights, we should have a PETW or something that at least pretends to save wookies. We’d also need someone to differentiate between wookie fur and Icelandic sheepskin wool, because they look pretty similar to us.
