Canadian Company Makes a Truck Out of Ice, Takes It For a Spin

Once you get over the fear of freezing your butt off, there’s plenty of things you can do with all the snow and ice in Canada. Make a friggin’ truck out of it, for example. Out to show the world how rugged their car batteries are, a Canadian company sculpted 11,000 lbs of ice into the body of a truck.
Canada Plans Airships for the Far North
Canada’s north is not an easy place to reach, by any means. Roads especially don’t tend to work too well when it won’t stop snowing, and ice roads aren’t really your best friends. They’ve come up with an intriguing solution now; reaching these places through the sky. Hybrid Air Vehicles plans to build airships to connect these areas. Each of these blimps will cost $40 million and will be made for Discovery Air Innovations.
