Angry Birds making its way to Facebook

Rovio has announced that the popular Angry Birds game will make its way to another popular platform: Facebook. A version of the game tailor-made for Facebook should be out in April, and while details are scarce, they have said that the pigs will have a more prominent role in the new version. Rovio has said more details would be easy to come by for those who “like” their Facebook page. Oh, and speaking of Facebook pages, you can like Randommization on Facebook for sweet random goodness.

Another Facebook infographic, and how the world is obsessed with Facebook

Website OnlineSchools.org has created an infographic showing the far-reaching hands/tentacles of Facebook, and how the social networking website has become more than just a website. Some of these facts are quite an eye opener. Inspired by the infographic, Alex Trimpe created the video you can see above, while the infographic itself is embedded after the jump.

Make your choices clear with Facebook like and dislike stamps

Now that we all spend a lot of time on Facebook, “liking” stuff, it is only natural we take it AFK. Plus, this time around, we’ll always have access to the dislike stamp. Have a like and dislike stamp for everything you need to show your fake consideration on. I’ll wait till someone comes up with the “meh” stamp.

An internationally recognized MBA program on… Facebook

This may sound strange, but now you can enroll in an MBA program on Facebook. London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) has rolled out an MBA program that will be available as a Facebook app. Like other apps, this one will also require access to your profile, purportedly so you can see the study activities of your peers, provide and get assistance, and for the organization of study groups.

The app is free to access, but you will need to pay if you decide to take exams for credit. Taking exams will cost $23000, which is the same amount the institute charges for its distance-learning MBA degree.
