But don’t let that put you off, check out these distorted human faces that are the work of photographer Jeffrey Vanhoutte and artist Babak Hosseiny. Remember to check under your bed before you sleep.
Truth is stranger than fiction, they say. And real creepy dolls would make Chucky poop his pants and cry; all he needs to do is visit the haunted dolls island in Mexico. The island is located near a rural area called Xochimilco (tranlated to ‘a place of flowers’). Canals run through this area, and in this web of canals lives the “Island of Dolls.”
All you need is apple slices, marshmallows, peanut butter and lemon juice; and you’re set to stay away from apples just like the fruit keeps the doctor away. Still quite some fun arsenal in your cookbook.

Kitchen accessories and tableware in Sentient Kitchen set by artist Christine Chin is so creepy, it would scare the bejeesus out of cannibals and turn them vegan. It’s all creepy shudders.
Japanese company REAL-f has gone into the domain of real f*ckin crazy with its brand new offering of realistic masks or face replicas as they call them. These masks are somewhat accurate replicas of a human face made using a technology the company calls 3DPF or 3D Photo Forms. Basically, it involves a 3D printer working on a vinyl chloride resin placed over a mold and ends up with a realistic replica. You could get the first replica for $3920 with more copies coming at $780 each, or a full mannequin head for $5875 that has additional copies at $1960.

Artist Batia Malka creates these weird and creepy ceramic sculptures under the title “Inside The Womb.” With a name like that, it’s even more scary now. Deformed, bloody babies seem to be the dominating theme for these works. Just had a close look at the images, but it’s fine, I didn’t need to sleep tonight anyway.
