Earth Cake is a delicious lesson in Geography. All basic layers of the Earth are represented from the core, right to the crust. All layers have different colors to differentiate, and the top layer itself is quite beautifully finished. The hemisphere earth cake was made by Rhiannon of Baking Adventures.
