Women in magazines and photoshoots look so much better than “regular” women, and it has long been attributed to photoshop. Just knowing it doesn’t cut it though, actually seeing the transformation that goes along is what makes it easier to see just how big the little changes really are. You start with a perfectly fine human, then give them the Barbie-like proportions that would be impossible for a healthy or even a functioning human to have. The new standard of beauty, it’s image manipulation.
