The Vespa “Stretch Scooter” is a one-off scooter created by the company for marketing use in South Africa. Vespa likes to call it a “family car on two wheels” which would make children want to go to school, if only that means a ride on the scooter. The scooter is fully functional and quite possibly attracts a lot of attention every time it moves.
