Ferrari Da Verese Creates Limited Edition Bugatti Type A "Superpen" As A Nod To The Veyron Supercar

The limited edition Bugatti Type A pens from Italian/German pen manufacturer Ferrari Da Verese get their inspiration from the Bugatti Veyron supercar. The Bugatti Type A pen took two years to complete, and is filled with styling cues and design that honor Bugatti, and the tradition of the exclusive pen maker. Design references range from the scratch-less sapphire glass opening on the cap that shows the nib the same way as the Veyron’s engine bay, barrel design with a fin, and the clip modeled like the car’s handle. There are, of course a lot more similar designing cues. The luxury pen will have a run of 499 fountain pen units, and a similar number of roller ball pens, and will be available in gray and biege colors.
