Incredible and amazing would be understatements to use in describing this project. Artist and filmmaker Anthony Cerniello shows the nearly imperceptible process of aging through this mind blowing video. The clip is titled Danielle, possibly as a reference to Anthony’s friend who plays a very important role in the creation of the video. At Thanksgiving last year, Anthony was with his friend Danielle’s family where photographer Keith Sirchio shot portraits of her youngest cousins through to her oldest relatives.

Los Angeles-based time-lapse cinematographer, photographer and filmmaker Joe Capra shot this stunning footage of Rio de Janeiro. Shot in 4k and 10k, the footage mostly sticks to the city, however there’s also a detour to the famous IguazĂș Falls on the border of Brazil and Argentina. Hyper Drive Yurikamome takes viewers on a trippy trip through the automated Yurikamome train line that goes through Tokyo and its surroundings. Photographer darwinfish105 captured this video using the Panasonic DMC-GH3 in continuous shooting mode running at 1-second shutter speed. The images were then post processed in Adobe Premiere with added mirror effects and vertical flip to result in this stunning video.

Urban Time-lapse Videos of Shanghai, Vietnam and Kuala Lumpur

Photographer and filmmaker Rob Whitworth has spent a hell lot of time drawing up time lapse videos of the cities of Shanghai, Vietnam and Kuala Lumpur. For the video on Shanghai, Rob worked with urban-geographic explorer JT Singh to capture the beauty of the city and its numerous and ever growing skyscrapers. The video on Kuala Lumpur took 5 months, 400 hours of work, four cameras, and 19,997 photographs along with 40 shoots. To capture the traffic in HCMC, Vietnam, Rob captured 10,000 RAW images that would later make this time lapse. Hit ahead for the videos.
