We say keep the photography inspired gear coming. We’ll play chess, do a few shots, all while hearing to sweet music from these speakers, and probably take an awesome picture or two. Everything should have something to do with photography, like these Nikon Lens USB Speakers. Costs $19.

iTree Is A Log, And A High-Tech iPhone Dock

iTree is a simple, yet magnificently high-tech dock the iPhone would probably love to be with. At its most basic, its just a tree log hollowed out and fitted with speakers and other integrated technology the customer would like the iTree to have. It can work with the iPhone, iPod, CD Player, and even a turntable if you’re inclined that way. The only little problem we see, is owning a speaker that huge, and as far as we can tell, this thing isn’t going to be cheap.

Wooden Apple Speaker Goes Perfectly Well With Apple Gadgets

We doubt any speaker would be as fitting for an Apple gadget than an apple itself. Or something like this tiny wooden apple speaker that is entirely handcrafted and can work with the iPod, iPhone or the iPod. Yep, that is sweet. This and a few more creatively designed speakers are available at somedayrain Etsy shop.

Angry Birds Speaker / Dock For the iPhone

If you can manage not hitting a pig when you see one, these Angry Birds pig speakers might find some place and love. The helmet pig is a speaker and a dock, and a great way to get back on those pigs, if you can afford to beat something worth ~$110 to pulp.

The DJ Mobile is All Thump

Something makes us believe that this DJ Mobile is going to be very loud, probably because the 1983 Ford Sierra is covered in speakers and woofers. The car has 14 woofers, tweeters, and other loudspeakers. Oh, and it is street legal. Thankfully, Mooij, the guy who created the car is well aware that blaring music on the roads can be distracting for drivers, so he avoids taking the car out, especially with the music on.

Bamboo speakers for iPhone: The iBamboo, obviously

Passive speakers and amplifiers for i-gadgets have their own special appeal, mostly because we can say things like look ma, no wires, or something like that. The fast growing bamboo has long been considered as the relatively eco-friendly material for products. iBamboo speakers are passive, and well, made of bamboo and claim to emphasize the full spectrum of music, giving a better sound. iBamboo is on Kickstarter, for those interested in the project.

Displayed at the 2011 Maker Faire in San Francisco, Trash Amps are a very interesting idea. Trash Amps use discarded cans or takeout food containers as sleeves or boxes for self-contained speaker units. They basically are compact speakers placed inside cans. Priced at $50.

Subsonic Teenage Subwoofer Chair

Created by Canadian designer John Greg Ball, the subsonic chair was created to go along the loud-music playing habits of youth. The chair has two 16-inch subwoofers and can connect to iPods, mp3 players and gaming systems to deliver loud and thundering sounds, while the user sits on it and enjoys the music. The chair is still in the prototype phase.
