When some folks find logic in things that others cannot see, they drag the other party to the court of law to unintentionally create laughter riots. Some have valid reasons – what they believe them to be – to support their cause; for others, such a practice is just for the sake of doing it. Aiming to force the legal system to lay a golden egg, such people tend to defy established norms and go beyond what seems downright comical – to others who are not gifted enough to see those loopholes in the system.
Here is a list of 10 such logic-defying lawsuits that would sure tickle your funny bones. We have made all possible efforts not to register their deeds in any preset order, since we believe each one of them deserves the #1 position.
Why do we care about hair color of country heads? I dunno, but it makes for an interesting exercise. In other news, my friend (who may or may not be drunk) has just pointed out that statistically speaking, a bald person in Africa has the highest chance of being a country head, when compared to the rest of the world.
You can’t help being impressed by this Captain America backpack. One would generally go in expecting a crappy and sad excuse of the Captain’s shield. It’s time for a pleasant surprise, because this one seems to be done really well. We’d say it’s totally worth the $60 price.
Supergirl knows how to make a first impression, especially if this first trailer for the upcoming CBS television show is to be considered. From the video description:
It’s not a bird. It’s not a plane. It’s not a man. It’s Supergirl. In the new drama from the world of DC Comics, Superman’s cousin, Kara Zor-El, embraces her superhuman abilities and becomes the hero she was always meant to be. This Fall on CBS.
Does something like a friendly bear exist? I don’t know, but you couldn’t pay me enough to strike poses like these models with a 1400 pound bear. Incidentally, this sort of negative thinking also happens to be the reason of this awareness campaign photoshoot that features Russian models Maria Sidorova and Lidia Fetisova, along with Stephen, the bear.
The brain is the big boss organ of the body, and right now it wants you to know that it’s totally digging these coasters. Placed in order, this set creates a three dimensional view of the human brain. Given more organs, the coaster brain would probably demand a whisky or some good coffee. Maybe both, coaster brains are weird things. The set showed up at ThinkGeek for $20, and is currently out of stock.
So you made a vegan cake. How do you decorate it? With intricately designed Mandalas of course, nothing gets the meaning across faster, while looking so beautiful. Made by Chef Stephen McCarty, the cakes are made from vegan ingredients and decorated with exquisite mandalas. The chef makes these cakes under the name of Sukhavati Raw Desserts. Mandalas generally require a wide variety of colors to be executed just right. McCarty makes use of completely edible plant and food extracts that not only provide color, but also add a nice flavor to the cakes.
Images and art by Italian photographer Giuseppe Colarusso are quite tantalizing, sometimes creating a surreal world, and often playing with the idea of something that’s possible, but really improbable. Starting off on the path of creativity and off the usual, Giuseppe got his first photograph by creating a pinhole camera out of a shoebox. He used a photographic paper at the bottom of the box and a hole at the center of the lid to get the camera into action.
Cats kind of get a bad reputation of being aloof and not caring much. While you could dispute that notion, it certainly does make for some very interesting circumstances. Especially, if you’re dealing with Catass. Like the name implies, this cat is a huge asshole. Checkout these humorous comics of the mean cat about “me, myself, and my pet human.”
