People around the world talk of the mysterious monsters and creatures that are supposed to be inhabiting lakes and water bodies. Of course they remain elusive to the eye, like the famed Loch Ness monster, but there is little to deny existence of one when its skeleton shows up near a river. Well, it is an art installation, but we guess it is cool to pretend for a while that it isn’t.

Artist Heather Theurer beautifully painted Disney Princesses in oil paint. Well, of course we see Disney princesses inspired art all the time, and they are wonderful in their own right, the good old oil paint undoubtedly has a charm of its own. The set includes Cinderella, Merida, Mulan, and Rapunzel, all painted with oil on board. Original paintings for these have already been sold, but the artist has plenty of beautiful paintings for you to see.
Canada and parts of USA are seeing an extreme cold, with temperature colder than the surface temperature of Mars. Extreme cold like that is very well suited for experimentation, like what we see here. The video is from South Porcupine, Ontario, Canada where the temperature was -41°C (-41.8°F) when this video was shot. Boiling water meets super cold temperature, and immediately turns to snow.
A shitty parking job seems to be like a way of life for some people, and for most of us, shitty parking is incredibly infuriating. Shame those idiots at parking their cars right while being at your passive aggressive best with these magnets. Do Your Park are “delightfully distasteful” magnets that show an illustration accompanied by some humorous insult that you can throw at a sub-par parking performance.
Checkout these ‘realistic’ renderings of various characters from Naruto. The illustrations include several characters from the Naruto anime and manga, including the fabled Yamato dude who nobody has seen. They say he has been stuck in a tree for almost three years now. The renderings are the work of artist Olggah.
Having your own pet tornado in a box seems like the thing to do. The tornado machine has been built as a demonstration model for classrooms, but lets face it, having a personal tornado sounds so much better. Perhaps even a bit supervillainous, but we don’t give a shit ‘coz we got a tornado to command.
Illustrator Andrew DeGraff has created a set of illustrations that work as maps for famous movie storylines. He has quite a selection of movies in the mix, and carefully marked out paths showing the maps of the story location, along with the movement of the characters.
Danielle Bruckman lost her cell phone amid new year celebrations on January 1, 2013. The phone ended up in the hands of some dude who, like several people who own phones, delights in taking selfies. Unknown to the new owner of the phone, it was connected to Bruckman’s cloud service.
