Nobody can ever accuse Batman for a lack of style; that part comes with being a ninja, and being the freakin’ Batman. A hot rod is fun to drive every once in a while, so it kind of makes sense for billionaire Bruce Wayne Batman have one to enjoy. Even if the wing on top of the car is going to suck, the concept renderings by Mark La Frenais is totally cool.

Perhaps in a moment of clarity, or the likelier case of a complete loss of clarity, Skoda decided to go with the idea of a “manly” baby stroller. Skoda had a chat with 1000 dads from the UK, and came to the conclusion that a lot of men wouldn’t push strollers/prams around because they found regular strollers embarrassing and feminine.

ItalDesign‘s Parcour Concept for Giugiaro breathes in the air of supercars and sports cars to take on a form that is instantly recognizable and happens to be one hell of a look. Parcour, while keeping the general looks of a sports car, sits comfortably above the ground, allowing it to show its mettle in off road conditions as well.

Movie cars are made to be loved, and some fans do create replicas of famous movie cars for themselves. Very few however, come to the same level as Jerry Patrick of Newnan, Georgia. Jerry has built not one, but several movie and TV show car replicas, and they are all pretty sweet builds.

Tesla’s factory in Fremont, California makes about 400 cars a week, the stunning Model S. They bought the factory from Toyota in 2010, spent a year retooling it, and started production of the Model S sedan in 2012. The coolest part about the factory perhaps, is seeing robots work in tandem to build the cars. Watching those red machines get to work in building cars is quite mesmerizing and pretty darn impressive.

Whoever said solar power can’t be sexy, would be wrong, very wrong as this Pure Tension Pavilion in Rome shows. Granted, it could have a better name, but lets stick to the form and function. Made by agency SDA for Volvo Italy, the pavilion shows the hybrid V60 harbored under a sweet looking pavilion. It’s job is not just to sit there looking good, the pavilion’s lightweight tensioned membrane is made form an HDPE Mesh skin embedded with photo-voltaic panels that suck in the rays of the sun to charge up the vehicle.

European aerospace consortium EADS has a new idea for the future, an airplane that is less noisy and has cleaner emissions. The future here, is talking about 2050 though. E-Thrust is a collaboration between EADS Innovation Works program and engine manufacturer Rolls Royce. Working quite like some hybrid cars, the basic idea is to have batteries and motors power up airplanes for the flight.

Bumblebee being one of the important characters of the movie, surely does deserve all the attention he gets.
