Photographer Darren Pearson (previously) shot this stop motion animation of a light painted skateboard skeleton over several places in San Diego. We have to appreciate the skills, mixing stop motion animation with light painting is no easy job, hell, they aren’t easy individually either.
Titled Light Goes On, the animation was made using 700 frames of light painted skeleton. It took a Pearson a year to complete this video, which is quite what you would expect given the exposure time required for light painting, and then mixing it up with stop motion.
