Vehicles like the Tumbler have an inherent quality of awesomeness. Most of us wouldn’t mind taking something like that out for a spin, but then we don’t have the pockets of Bruce Wayne/Batman/Christian Bale. If you are a racing team though, you could pull some strings to create the Tumbler for your use.
That is exactly what International racing team, Team Galag have done for one of their vehicles for the 2013 Gumball 3000 race. Team Galag commissioned Florida-based Parker Brothers Concept to come up with a street legal version of the Tumbler that could be a participant for a race that covers 3000 miles, and keep up with the numerous sports cars that show up for the rally.
This custom Tumbler weighs 2.5 tons and is powered by a 400hp 6.2-liter V8 engine that provides the vehicle with enough power to reach a top speed of 100 mph. It will make its first stop at London to be exhibited for racing enthusiasts and will then make its way to Copenhagen for start of the Gumball 3000.
