Swarovski Studded Lego White House That Was Made for Donald Trump’s Run For President

This Swarovski studded Lego White House was intended to be a gift to Donald Trump to mark his run for the president of the USA. Artist Cimon was commissioned to make the piece by an admirer of Trump. Cimon approached the idea of the gift by taking inspiration from Trump’s over-the-top casinos and residential buildings, and all the shimmer and glitz associated with them.

The result was this majestic Swarovski studded White House, or The Trump House Project, as the artist calls it. The sculpture is not merely a representation of the shimmer associated with Trump, but also the power of the Presidency, and the insane amounts of money that the wealthy and corporations spend in elections. The commission was withdrawn after Donald Trump decided not to pursue the nomination.

Cimon however, decided to continue and finish the work he had started. The Donald House is built upon the Lego White House set, customized by the artist into his own view. It took over 100 hours to complete and measures 9 inches (23 cm) wide by 6 inches (15 cm) long and 4 inches (10 cm) tall, including hundreds of crystals that adorn it.
