Insect macrophotography is apparently a thing now. While the previous examples we’ve seen made insects look somewhat good, this one brings them back to their creepy self. Probably because this set is about close-ups. Iranian photographer Omid Golzar has captured numerous insects in close-up shots.
Omar captured the bugs alive and put them in his freezer for sometime, so they would become lethargic and slow enough to pose for the photographs. While macrophotography usually requires a special lens, Golzar reversed the conventional 28mm lens on his camera for the effect.
