A road in Japan, henceforth referred to as the supercar graveyard saw what could be the most expensive car crash ever. The pile-up is said to have claimed 14 luxury cars that included 8 Ferraris, 2 Mercedes and a Lamborghini, most of them totaled and headed to the scrapyard.
The accident probably happened when the driver of a Ferrari lost control over the wet road, hit the central reservation and went straight to oncoming cars. Many drivers have been hospitalized though their injuries don’t appear to be that severe. The cars were traveling along the road leading from Hiroshima to Kyushu.
And people say they watch NASCAR for the crashes, though, there weren’t any cameras to record this particular incident.
