Droplets of water make for quite a few interesting photographs when they hit the surface. What makes them all the more intriguing is the fact that we may have experienced the phenomenon millions of times, but it is nearly impossible to see without something like a high speed camera. And that is what makes these images so very interesting.

Germany based hobby photographer Markus Reugels is quite apt at photographing water droplets. He uses vegetable colors to accentuate the water, making the droplets stand out from their background. Additionally, this also renders a very unique style to the droplets. Interestingly enough, a comment on Randommization had suggested the works of Reugels, calling him “The Master of Drops.” We couldn’t agree more.
