Airplanes are goo, as in they take us to our destination quickly and in relative comfort. Airships on the other hand, might exist only as numerous concepts, but they do promise a luxury and comfort filled ride. Both of these however, turn pale when you get a chance to walk on clouds. Designed by New York based architect Tiago Barros, the floating cloud does not offer much by way of luxury, or speed, or even a destination.

It is akin to a floating stroll. The inflatable cloud levitates and moves in the direction of the predominant winds, without any set destination. Patrons would use a ladder to climb onto the cloud and simply walk on the surface, while floating with the clouds. Must be quite an enchanting feel. The floating cloud has been made from a nylon-covered balloon held in shape by a steel skeleton.
