At just 18 years of age, Netherlands based artist Rajacenna makes the most stunning, realistic sketches, that we would call photographs if we hadn’t known any better. She took up drawing only in 2009 and found she was very adept to that, creating sketches so visually tasteful that detailed that these pencil drawings end up being nearly real.
Each of these drawings can take nearly 40 hours to complete, and the subject usually is a celebrity. The Jack Sparrow image you see on top here, took more than 50 hours to complete. Rajacenna has had a time in the entertainment industry, she started modelling for Dutch brands when she was 4, made an appearance on TV when she was 5, and has since been in numerous shows, movies, TV series and soap operas.

Hello I am a fellow artist and I had two questions if I may. I know that you are very busy due to your beautiful artwork. It must a lot of time. First question: What type of canvas you are using ? ie. paper, poster board… second question: are you only using pencils or is it a combination of graphite and pencil. I wish you all the success that life bring your way. Thank you for your time.
