USB hub gets the power strip treatment

Japanese manufacturer Elecom has come up with a “new” version of the USB hub. Elecom’s hub gets a power strip treatment, which means the ports on the hub have switches so they can be turned on/off individually. To make it more useful, the hub can also be attached to a magnetic surface. The four port hub costs $41, while the seven port version sells for $106.
