Going a novel way of car making, design student Kyungeun Ko made paper designs for a “Tailor Made” Bentley as part of her final year project at the Royal College of Art in London. Using something of an origami-like approach to make cars, Ko envisioned robots making car panels through folding sheets of aluminum. The designer envisions that the use of Robo-folding technology, where sheets of metal can be folded like paper, can be very helpful in making bespoke cars that are low in cost.
