SMSlingshot is far away from traditional text messaging in terms of both form and function. This contraption is shaped like a wooden slingshot, albeit with a built-in mobile phone display, a keypad and a laser. You type your message, and shoot it towards a large facade, as you would do with a slingshot. That’s where the laser comes into play, and the message appears at the point of the laser, and is accompanied by a splash of colors. The prototype has been created by VR/URBAN. Video after the jump.
